On December 3rd 2022, the Washington Art and Design Association held a preparatory conference at the Gaithersburg Library in Maryland. Participants included professor from the Maryland Institute College of Art, Beijing artist professor, documentary director from Japan, Singaporean actors, New York poets, Harvard University scholar, legal scholar, press publisher, pastor, designer, musicians, photographer, painters, writers etc., more than 40 people, who gave great support and encouragement to the association.
